Email Distribution
The emails will be personalised to include the name of the recipient
in the message itself and any further customisation which is to

Where
required, sample test sends of the email list will be carried out
before the main bulk of the emails are sent to evaluate the response
rates of differing text or formats. The emails will then be sent
