1. Campaign Planning

4. Email Distribution

Where required, sample test sends of the email list will be carried out before the main bulk of the emails are sent to evaluate the response rates of differing text or formats. 5. Response Tracking and Reporting
Tracking of the emails will take place during the campaign and a report will be created which will analyse numbers of bounced emails, opened emails and click throughs.
